What does a Webflow website cost?
Most ViDesigns projects are £20,000+. Focused Webflow design and build projects start from £15,000, while larger website strategy, copy, design and migration work is typically £25,000–£45,000+.
The final investment depends on the number of unique pages, content and copywriting needs, CMS complexity, integrations, migration scope and timeline. We will give you a clear fixed scope and budget before work begins.
What’s included in a Webflow website project?
We can handle the full journey: website strategy, sitemap and messaging, copywriting, UX and visual design, Webflow development, CMS setup, integrations, migration, SEO foundations, QA, launch and team training.
Not every project needs every part. We shape the scope around what will make the biggest commercial difference, then make it clear who owns each piece before kickoff.
Will our team be able to update the website?
Yes. Your team will own the website and be able to update everyday content, publish CMS content and create approved pages or sections without needing a developer.
We build clean CMS structures and reusable components, then provide training and documentation at handover. For bigger changes, campaigns or ongoing optimisation, we can stay involved through a retainer.
Can you migrate our website to Webflow without losing SEO?
Yes. We plan migrations around the parts that matter: existing content, URL mapping and redirects, CMS structure, metadata, on-page SEO, analytics and technical requirements.
A migration is also a chance to remove what no longer serves the site, rather than copying every old page across. We protect existing value while building a cleaner platform your team can manage.
How long does it take to complete a Webflow project?
It's difficult to provide an exact timeline, but on average, a 10-page design and Webflow-developed website takes about 8-10 weeks. If the project involves migration from platforms like WordPress, the timeline can extend to 12-18 weeks, depending on the size of the site.
