What is a Webflow agency?
A Webflow agency is a specialist partner that plans, designs and builds marketing websites using Webflow. At ViDesigns, that can include website strategy, copywriting, UX and design, CMS architecture, Webflow development, SEO foundations, migration, training and launch support.
The aim is not just a site that looks good at launch, but one your marketing team can update, test and grow without relying on developers for every change.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes, we do! We offer two types of retainers:
- Maintenance and Training Retainers – Ideal if you're new to Webflow and need expert support to maintain your site while training your internal team. Starts at £1,000/month.
- Unlimited Design and Development Retainers – Perfect for marketing teams that need to move fast, with design and Webflow experts ready to bring your ideas to life. Starts at £2,500/month.
If you're interested, book a call with us to discuss further.
What does a Webflow website cost?
Most ViDesigns projects are £20,000+. Focused Webflow design and build projects start from £15,000, while larger website strategy, copy, design and migration work is typically £25,000–£45,000+.
The final investment depends on the number of unique pages, content and copywriting needs, CMS complexity, integrations, migration scope and timeline. We will give you a clear fixed scope and budget before work begins.
What’s included in a Webflow website project?
We can handle the full journey: website strategy, sitemap and messaging, copywriting, UX and visual design, Webflow development, CMS setup, integrations, migration, SEO foundations, QA, launch and team training.
Not every project needs every part. We shape the scope around what will make the biggest commercial difference, then make it clear who owns each piece before kickoff.
Will our team be able to update the website?
Yes. Your team will own the website and be able to update everyday content, publish CMS content and create approved pages or sections without needing a developer.
We build clean CMS structures and reusable components, then provide training and documentation at handover. For bigger changes, campaigns or ongoing optimisation, we can stay involved through a retainer.
Can you migrate our website to Webflow without losing SEO?
Yes. We plan migrations around the parts that matter: existing content, URL mapping and redirects, CMS structure, metadata, on-page SEO, analytics and technical requirements.
A migration is also a chance to remove what no longer serves the site, rather than copying every old page across. We protect existing value while building a cleaner platform your team can manage.
How long does it take to complete a Webflow project?
It's difficult to provide an exact timeline, but on average, a 10-page design and Webflow-developed website takes about 8-10 weeks. If the project involves migration from platforms like WordPress, the timeline can extend to 12-18 weeks, depending on the size of the site.
How long does a project take?
For a 10-15 page website, around 8 to 10 weeks is a good guide.
Larger or more complex sites, especially migrations, can take longer depending on scope, feedback speed, and internal dependencies.
We’ll give you a realistic timeline based on your project, not a guess just to win the work.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes.
Some clients want a full handover and run things internally. Others want ongoing help with updates, new pages, optimisation, or design support.
We offer post-launch support and retainer options depending on what your team needs.
What’s included in a project?
That depends on scope and package you are interested in, but most projects include a mix of:
- planning and structure
- messaging or content writing
- design of key pages and systems
- Webflow development
- QA, launch support, and Webflow training
We make the scope clear upfront so you know what is included, what is optional, and how the project will run.
Can I customise a package? What if I need something in-between?
Absolutely. These packages are a starting point, not a strict menu.
If you're somewhere between Growth and Enterprise, or need a mix, we’ll shape the scope around what you actually need. This just gives you a guide price to help you gauge pricing before investing your time to chat with us.
Do you offer payment plans or split payments?
Yes. We typically split it 50/50: half upfront, half on launch.
For projects above £25,000, we can break it down into milestones or monhtly. Just let us know if you have a preference.
What’s the difference between “Design & Webflow” and the “Design & Webflow Retainer”?
Design & Webflow is a fixed-scope, one-off project. Ideal if you know what you need with a clear brief, defined pages, and launch goal.
Unlimited Webflow Retainer is ongoing. It’s only if:
- The scope is evolving or not fully defined yet
- You want flexibility without constant change orders
- You need updates, iterations, or new pages regularly
- You want to move fast without re-scoping every task
It’s like having your own Webflow team on standby, so we just get the work done, without the back-and-forth.
Do you work with our existing marketing and design team?
Yes, we often work alongside in-house teams to move faster, free them up, or handle what they don’t have time for.
Do you do fixed-scope projects instead of ongoing plans?
We can do fixed-scope if the project is well defined. Some clients prefer monthly plans because it gives them more flexibility and faster turnaround.
Ultimately it is entirely up to you and based on the scope of the project.
What if the scope changes?
If things grow beyond the original plan, we’ll flag it early and agree on a way forward - no surprise invoices or upcharges, ever!
Will I always work with the same team?
Yes. You’ll have a dedicated team who knows your brand, your goals, and how you like to work. We don’t shuffle people around or pass you to random freelancers.
