The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

About the role
We’re looking for a B2B website copywriter who can own the entire copy process from start to finish. You’ll be working directly with clients, understanding their product, and turning that into clear, high-converting website copy.
You should be comfortable leading conversations, asking the right questions, and shaping messaging that actually drives results.
What you’ll be doing
- Running discovery sessions and workshops with clients to understand their product, audience, and goals
- Preparing questionnaires and gathering inputs before projects start
- Defining messaging, positioning, and tone of voice for websites
- Writing copy across key pages (homepage, product, landing pages, etc.)
- Iterating on copy based on feedback from clients and internal team
- Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure copy fits the UX
- Supporting internal copy needs (case studies, landing pages, marketing assets)
What we’re looking for
- 2–3+ years experience in B2B copywriting (websites specifically)
- Strong understanding of how websites convert (not just “nice writing”)
- Comfortable running client workshops and leading conversations
- Able to simplify complex products into clear, compelling messaging
- Good commercial awareness — understands business goals, not just words
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Based in the UK and comfortable working remotely
Nice to have
- Experience working with SaaS, AI, fintech, or tech companies
- Familiarity with CRO principles
- Experience collaborating closely with design teams
