The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to work directly with the founder to build and scale our sales pipeline.
This is not a high-volume SDR role. You’ll focus on targeted outreach, managing leads, and supporting the full sales process to drive consistent, high-quality opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in generating pipeline and improving how we sell.
Responsibilities
Lead generation & outbound
- Identify and research target companies (B2B SaaS, AI, fintech)
- Build high-quality lead lists and find key decision-makers
- Run personalised outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
- Continuously improve messaging and targeting
Pipeline & follow-ups
- Manage inbound leads and ensure fast response times
- Follow up consistently across all opportunities
- Keep CRM clean, updated, and organised
- Move deals forward and remove friction in the process
Sales support
- Prepare notes and research before sales calls
- Join calls to understand the sales process
- Draft proposals, contracts, and follow-up emails
- Support light negotiation and client communication
Process & optimisation
- Help build and refine the sales process
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements
- Document workflows and contribute to playbooks
Who this role is ideal for
- You have 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- You’ve done outbound or lead generation before
- You’re a strong writer and communicator
- You’re organised and proactive
- You’re commercially aware and think beyond just “tasks”
- You want to learn how high-value, consultative sales works
- You’re comfortable working closely with a founder

- You prefer high-volume, script-based outreach
- You need constant direction to get work done
- You have no experience with outreach or sales
What success looks like
- Consistent flow of qualified leads entering the pipeline
- Strong follow-up discipline across all opportunities
- A clean, structured CRM and sales pipeline
- Increasing contribution to outbound performance
- Clear understanding of the sales process within 60–90 days
Compensation
- Base: £35,000 – £45,000
- Bonus: performance-based (pipeline generated + deals influenced)
