B2B Marketing Manager (Contract)

ViDesigns is looking for a part-time B2B Marketing Executive to turn our client work and ideas into campaigns that generate leads. You’ll work with our copywriter, designers and motion team to create content, launch lead magnets and manage our marketing calendar.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

The role

You will take ownership of planning and running ViDesigns’ marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop campaign ideas, brief the team, keep work moving and improve how we generate qualified leads.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and manage our monthly marketing activity.
  • Turn client projects into case studies, launch campaigns and social content.
  • Develop lead magnets and campaigns with our founder and copywriter.
  • Brief and coordinate copy, design, motion and Webflow work.
  • Manage distribution across LinkedIn, email, SEO and partnerships.
  • Improve landing pages and lead capture.
  • Track what is generating enquiries and pipeline.
  • Create a clear organic marketing and SEO roadmap.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience working with agencies, SaaS or professional services.
  • Able to take campaigns from idea through to launch.
  • Comfortable managing writers, designers and other creatives.
  • Commercially minded and focused on leads, not vanity metrics.
  • Hands-on, organised and able to work independently.

First three months

We would expect you to:

  • Create a clear marketing plan.
  • Launch two focused lead-generation campaigns.
  • Build a repeatable process for marketing completed client work.
  • Improve our marketing tracking.
  • Recommend the next priorities for organic growth and SEO.
