What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Location: UK-based but the position is completely remote

Salary: £20k per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+)

Working Hours: Choose your work hours, but we only ask that daily work hours are consistent and have at least 3-6 hours of overlap with 8am - 5pm (UK time).

Your Role: We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our remote team at ViDesigns. This full-time role begins with a three-month contractor probationary period, where your performance will be evaluated. Successful candidates will transition into a permanent, full-time position, playing a crucial role in our sales team.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the sales process from prospecting to closing, collaborating with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Your ability to build strong client relationships and identify market opportunities will be key to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects to generate new leads for ViDesigns’ services and products. Manage email domains and tools used for cold outreach.
  • Systems & SOPs: Create, maintain, and optimize sales systems and standard operating procedures to ensure a streamlined sales process.
  • Lead Management: Obtain and manage lead lists, warming them up through targeted outreach strategies.
  • Introductory Calls: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions from our service offerings and products.
  • Offer Preparation: Work closely with our design and development teams to arrange estimations and prepare compelling offers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
  • Upselling: Identify and act on opportunities to upsell ViDesigns’ services and products to existing customers, driving additional revenue.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of £20,000 gross per annum
  • A 5%-10% uncapped commission structure is to be based on experience.

Skill Expectations:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the tech, ed-tech, or finance industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with cold-outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Clay.com, Lemlist.com).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
